1(1) Volume of a prism
L.I. To understand what a prism is and how to calculate it's area
S.C. I can identify a prism and it's properties
       I can calculate the area of the appropriate face of the prism
       I can calcualte the volume of a prism using the formula V =Ah

2(5) Square and Triangular numbers
L.I. To explore the sequences of numbers known as the square and triangular numbers
S.C. I can identify a square number
       I can calculate the nth square number
       I can identify a triangular number
       I can continue the pattern and calculate the nth triangular number

3(6) Numeracy
L.I. To continue to explore numeracy calculations.
S.C. I answered at least 250 questions on sumdog
       I answered at least 75% of these correctly

L.I. To create accurate scale drawings given the dimensions of an object and an appropriate scale
S.C. I am able to calculate the correct dimensions for the scale drawing
       I am able to use a ruler and accurately draw the object to scale.

2(5): Sequences
L.I. To continue a sequence and correctly establish a rule for the sequence.
S.C. I am able to continue a given sequence
       I am able to identify a rule and use the language of "starting at___ and then____" to create the rule.

S.C. I can convert cubic centimetres into millilitres
       I can convert millilitres into litres
       I can use these facts in calculations involving the volume of a cuboid
